Solucorp's Lead Remediation
and Removal Product Targeted to Revolutionize Paint Industry Lead Remediation

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (12/07/04) -- Solucorp Industries, Ltd. ( OTC :SLUP), Solucorp's President Richard Runco today announces that Solucorp's subsidiary Integrated Fixation System Co., Inc. is entering the lead removal market with its Low Cost "Re-med-i-ate" lead paint removal product which contains proprietary technologies proven to remediate lead as well as chromium and zinc contained paints. The lead paint is instantly converted to non-hazardous and therefore can cost effectively be disposed of in a "non-hazardous" landfill at about 25% of the higher cost of lead disposal in a "hazardous" landfill.

Solucorp President Comments on Addition of Lead to US Government List of Cancer-Causing Agents  Breakthrough Technology Platform.

IFS marks a breakthrough technology in the emerging field of environmental contamination prevention at its manufacturing source. Instead of treating pollution affecting the environment, IFS can be used to prevent contamination from occurring from anything metal or that discharges metals.

The revolutionary IFS process can be referred to as a "smart waste," technology.

IFS targets the consumer manufacturing sector at its source. IFS can be applied to a multitude of products, including switches, batteries, filters, munitions, computer parts, or any item that contains heavy metals such as lead, mercury and chromium. IFS will not change the efficacy and use of these products. The only change that will occur is once these products are disposed of improperly or in a designated landfill they will be "environmentally friendly" as they will automatically remediate themselves so that no metals will migrate into the environment. According to Blake International, an England-based consultant to the Company, the novel technique could affect "a huge variety of sectors."

The addition of this toxic metal to the Report on Carcinogens, issued earlier this week by the Department of Health and Human Services, "simply confirms our worst fears; for example, the U.S. EPA has indicated that some of the primary sources of lead exposure for most children are deteriorating lead-based paint; lead contaminated dust and lead-contaminated residential soil. We at Solucorp have the solutions that can treat these problems."...
